Welcome to Boxwoods Celebration Venue, a secluded destination for meetings, weddings, and private events in Virginia’s beautiful countryside. Located in Orange County, on a historic farm of 140 acres of verdant Virginia landscape featuring crop land, hay fields, woods, meadows, and a three acre pond. Located both indoors and outdoors, our multi-functional, handicap friendly, all weather event spaces can accommodate a small social gathering or a large party in a wide variety of arrangements.

History of Mount Valley
The farm has a strong history starting with the Revolutionary war. The site was used by the confederate army during the Civil War 1863 thru 1864 to prevent the northern army from crossing the Rapidan River at Raccoon Ford. There are still the remains of Earth Works which are located on the higher elevation of the farm that accommodated multiple cannons supported by ground troops.

Boxwoods Celebration Venue is located on Mount Valley Farm in Orange County Virginia. Locally known as the True Blue area in close proximity to the junction of True Blue County highway-663 and Old Office Road-662.
Our venue is located directly behind the City of Refuge Church. You will access the farm on a well maintained one quarter mile gravel road.
